The following are some of the service highlights, we provide our customers.
We have developed a substitute for the BitJet P/N 47547 Main Filter Assembly. It protects your equipment and is priced considerably less. Let us help you keep your competitive edge. See the contact page to obtain a sample.
HB3 is the leader in re-manufacturing DDM Assys. The DDM is the only moving part on the printhead and is subject to the most wear. The wires gradually pull apart from the constant movement and the insulation cracks.
- We can replace all of the wires on the assembly, including the phase sensor coax, charge plate wires, and charge electrode wires. And we replace them with the correct wire.
- We can recoat the phase sensor. When break-off will not lock in or is lost on varying channels is usually a good sign the phase sensor is worn. The gold-colored coating is especially sensitive and softens. It must be blotted, not wiped, and wash must be used sparingly.
- We can repair damaged plate assemblies.

The service terminal is necessary to communicate and diagnose JetArray status.
- We repair Service Terminals and can supply cables.
- We can repair any of the parts from a broken window, a dead display, or a smashed din connector. All, with the correct parts and adhesives.
- And, we test the repair on our JetArray.

Pumps
New style:
- We repair the new style feed and gutter pump assemblies.
- We restore the pump assembly to its original specifications. We do not just put some new parts in it and send it back.
- We set the bypass on the feed pumps. The bypass on the feed pump protects the JetArray in the case of overpressure. This screw should not be “adjusted” without good reason.
Old Style:
- Old style pump parts are no longer being manufactured.
- In some cases, we can repair the motors and can make parts for the pump itself.

We also repair or re-manufacture circuit boards, nozzles, conduits, and most of the other parts on the JetArray.
